New milestone! I managed to circle breathe for one full minute tonight on the chanter! Progress for the pipes progress for my asthma!

(Lifting small--->--->large weights would also help, too; although I can certainly see how Weightlifting might not exactly be ON your "To Do List" right now, though, Tashi!!)
